2. What data we collect
This website is informational. It has no online shop, no contact form and no user registration. We do not ask for, and do not store, your name, address or payment details through this site.
If you give your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (through Google Tag Manager) for traffic statistics. In that case the following is collected:
- Pages visited and time spent on them
- Referral source (for example search engine, social media, direct)
- Approximate location (country and city), based on an anonymised IP address
- Device type, operating system and browser
IP addresses are anonymised by Google Analytics 4 before storage. We do not collect data that directly identifies you, and we make no attempt to link statistics back to individuals.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for statistics cookies is your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 3471/2006.
No statistics cookie is set before you click "Accept". If you click "Reject" or ignore the notice, no visit is recorded.

6. Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Statistics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) as processor, under the Google Analytics data processing terms.
Data may be transferred to the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).
We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising. Google Consent Mode advertising and personalisation signals remain permanently disabled.
7. Retention period
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months, then automatically deleted.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:

- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten")

- Data portability
- Object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time

10. Third-party links
This site links to Facebook and Instagram, and embeds a Google Maps frame on the Orders page. These services have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
